ITV's This Morning has announced a partnership with the charity Make-A-Wish UK for a special 'Week of Wishes' appeal.

From December 12, hosts Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby will explain to viewers how their donations could help hundreds of seriously ill children and their families's dreams come true this Christmas. Schofield commented 'This is a fantastic charity and both Holly and I know only too well how thoughtful and generous our viewers can be when they see and hear stories of those in need, so I'm sure they'll help us to provide some fantastic wishes'.
